Industrial chemical products

Silicates in solution have a very broad field of use as the base of chemical products or as additives. The chemical industry uses silicate in solution as a source of silica which can be modified by exchanging the ions or by adding acid. From here the production of silicon dioxide, silica gel, precipitated silica, titanium dioxide and lastly great use in the production of zeolites in the detergent sector where they are used instead of phosphates.
